This page explains what happens to the information you share on teamledresults.com. The short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it for the reason you gave it to us, and we never sell it.

Who we are

teamledresults.com is the website for Team-Led Results, a book by Joshua Berry. When this page says “we,” it means Joshua and the small team that helps him with the book. You can reach us any time at team@econic.co.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through a form:

• Pre-order bonus claim: your first name, email and order number.
• Launch team and Momentum Check waitlist: your first name and email.
• Speaking inquiry: your name, work email, organization, event type, and anything you tell us about your event.
• Team quote request: your name, work email, phone (if you give it), organization, role, number of copies, shipping address, purchase order number and billing email (if you give them), and your notes.

We don’t use advertising trackers, and the site doesn’t set cookies to follow you around.

How we use it

• To send what you asked for: your bonuses, launch team notes, the Momentum Check when it opens, or a reply to your inquiry or quote.
• To check pre-order bonus claims. Our team looks at order numbers by hand.
• If you join one of our email lists, to send occasional emails about the book. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave any time.

Speaking inquiries and quote requests go to Joshua’s inbox. We only add those senders to our email list if they tick the box asking for it.

Who helps us run the site

A few trusted services handle information for us:

• Mailchimp (Intuit) stores our email list and sends our emails.
• Cloudflare hosts the website, delivers form messages to Joshua’s inbox, and protects our forms from spam with Turnstile. Turnstile checks that a real person is using the form; Cloudflare describes how it handles that information in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to the site in aggregate (for example, how many people viewed a page). It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.

We don’t sell, rent or trade your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your email list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep inquiry and quote emails as long as we need them to help you and keep normal business records.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. You can also email team@econic.co to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
